Typed letter from Albert Osborn to Rev. Jesse Hurlbut, September 23, 1904, asking him to reconcile a discrepancy concerning the date John F. Hurst telegraphed T.W. Talmadge from New Decatur, Alabama, telling him "to close bargain" for the Davies Tract. In a hand-written reply, Rev. Hurlbut replies that it was probably January 24th.
